About our rates
We apply rates tailored to the type of services we provide to you. In addition to charging based on billable hours – the most common billing method – we provide the option of a fixed rate. We are also willing to negotiate an hourly rate with you in advance that may be adjusted depending on the outcome of the case. This is known in the Netherlands as the 'No cure, less fee' approach. Furthermore, we offer a range of prepaid legal services contracts that allow you to procure a variety of services at a fixed, reduced rate.
